Update

The updating of this web site is the fruit of a collaboration between the following partners :

	Secretariat of the Internet Rights Observatory (IRO).

The content of the web site is provided mainly by the CRID and the ICRI, and from to time to time, by the FPS and the IRO :

• current issues : updated by the CRID, the ICRI and occasionally by the FPS and the IRO;
• information : updated by the IRO;
• practical information sheets : updated by the CRID and the ICRI;
• legal framework : updated by the CRID and the ICRI;
• working groups : updated by the IRO;
• initiatives : updated by the IRO;
• forum : discussion moderated by the CRID and by the ICRI;
• links : updated by the IRO.

Technical management

The FPS is responsible for the technical management of the web site and of the discussion forum.

A part of the contents of the website http://www.internet-observatory.be has not been composed by the Internet Rights Observatory. This goes for most of the current issues, the practical sheets and the comments on the legal framework. The name of the author then generally appears at the end of the text.

The surfer must know that these contents only reflect the author’s opinion and not necessarily the opinion of the Internet Rights Observatory.
